Majdi Boujdaria, a Tunisian designer from an artistic lineage, inherited the passion and creativity of his grandfather, a renowned painter. From a young age, Majdi immersed himself in art, focusing on painting iconic landscapes of Kairouan, his hometown, and other historical sites in Tunisia. His talent for plein air painting distinguished him among his peers. Driven by a quest for knowledge and innovation, Majdi joined the School of Arts and Crafts and Architecture at 18. There, he honed his design skills, learning the importance of meticulous observation and technical precision, while cultivating a deep appreciation for color and spatial composition. Inspired by his grandmother’s tapestry art, he explored how ornamental patterns can functionally enrich interior spaces. Recognized for his excellence in design, Majdi was known for his collaborative work with renowned designers and academic mentors. His aspiration to harmonize with Art Nouveau reflects his desire to contribute to an art form that embodies the spirit of his time.

Opening his studio in Kairouan, Majdi ventured into landscape architecture, urban design, and furniture creation, aiming to enhance quality of life through his creations. He meets his clients’ needs with a thoughtful and critical approach, actively engaging in discussions on architecture, art, and design. Majdi Boujdaria embodies a commitment to innovation and cultural awareness in the field of design. Continuing this commitment, Majdi partnered with world-renowned inventor Amor Haouani, combining his mathematical skills with the inventor’s vision to realize groundbreaking projects in renewable energy. This collaboration allowed Majdi to apply his knowledge in design and mathematics to contribute to sustainable initiatives, highlighting his pivotal role in innovation and environmental responsibility.

Expanding his horizons further, Majdi collaborated with Gökhan Yıldırım, a renowned Turkish painter. This new alliance took Majdi to Turkey, where he played a key role in developing Gökhan’s upcoming art gallery in Berlin, inaugurated in 2023. This project showcases Majdi’s ability to transcend cultural boundaries and promote international artistic collaboration, bolstering his profile as a designer and cultural innovator.
